Start by cutting a shape from coloured felt, such a a flower, heart, a number or a letter. Then neatly hand sew around the edges in blanket stitch. Use a lighter, or darker shade cotton to the felt, or a contrasting colour for more impact. Mount your creation onto a handmade paper card, to amplify the homemade vibe, and embellish with sequins of different shapes and sizes as desired.
